About the Role
New York Edge seeks a dynamic, motivated, and highly organized individual to provide administrative support in the management of daily operations for Champions Club and Summer Camps. This role reports directly to the Borough Director of Program Operations.
Responsibilities
- Create and assign approvers for site accounts
- Add shipping addresses for each account address
- Assist Program Managers with approving orders facing technical issues
- Maintain communication with Sales Representatives for each vendor
- Direct food orders to the correct approvers
- Place orders for Dominos and Panera
- Communicate with food vendors to receive quotes for food orders
- Manage communication between vendors and Program Directors for orders experiencing delays, changes, or cancellations
- Participate and contribute to planning meetings
- Complete tasks assigned by Summer Program Manager
- Work closely with Program Manager to support summer camp team at program events in an administrative capacity
- Respond to inquiries received from the Summer Hotline
- Perform other duties as assigned
