About the Role
Selling grounds maintenance services into commercial businesses, covering turf management, lawn care, hedge, shrub, and tree maintenance, alongside weed and litter control.
Responsibilities
- Working in the field generating leads independently and collaboratively.
- Nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Offering excellent customer service to current customers.
- Working towards and achieving set KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Background in Horticulture or sales is essential.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.
