About the Role

We are looking for Store Managers (General Managers) to lead our teams, drive energy, and own results within JOE & THE JUICE stores across the UK. This role is about leadership in action, setting the tone, building culture, and leading from the front to create a high-energy environment where the team performs, connects, and grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy, setting the pace and the standard every shift
• Build, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team and grow the leaders of tomorrow
• Own the guest experience, ensuring it is fast, friendly, and unforgettable
• Drive performance across sales, operations, and service
• Keep the store running smooth, clean, and efficient
