Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management to keep the clinic running smoothly

- Partner with clinical staff to optimize schedules, treatment planning, and overall workflow
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory protocols, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with patient retention and attraction initiatives
