About the Role
Success Academy is seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead the recruitment of high-impact leadership talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a strategic consultant to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for C-suite, VP, and Director-level roles.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define leadership competencies and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential leaders through direct headhunting, market mapping, and specialized executive search techniques.
- Manage the executive candidate experience to ensure a tailored, confidential, and professional journey.
- Advise senior leaders on market trends, competitive intelligence, and executive compensation.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to communicate Success Academy’s mission and culture.
- Refine complex search processes to ensure high standards for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting, with at least 5 years specializing in executive search.
- Prior experience in top-tier executive search firms.
- Proficiency with specialized executive sourcing/market mapping platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for executive-level engagement and high-stakes negotiations.
- Proven ability to function as a Strategic Talent Advisor to C-suite and senior leadership.
- Exceptionally high standards for work quality and a reflex for continuous improvement.
- Expertise in leveraging data and competitive intelligence to develop customized headhunting strategies.
