About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering excellent sales results, operational standards, and customer experiences. You will act as a role model for the team, helping to drive performance and ensuring the store operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the retail team
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store, including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures
• Help maintain high standards of store presentation, compliance, and operational excellence
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure team members are confident in communicating IQOS products and features

Requirements

• Applicants must be aged 18+ due to the nature of the product.
• Enjoys coaching and supporting others to achieve their best
• Is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Has strong retail operational knowledge and experience in a customer-facing environment
• Leads by example and contributes positively to team performance
• Is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellence
• Builds strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
