About the Role
Support the organization and coordination of all trainings, further education programs, and events held at TAM, from preparation in our New Work training areas to on-site support and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization and coordination of all trainings, further education programs, and events.
- Prepare training spaces and provide on-site support.
- Manage participant, trainer, partner, and service provider relationships.
- Work on projects to optimize training processes.
- Act as a reliable team member in operational management.
- Live and promote TAM's appreciative and growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Completed studies or completed training in Business Psychology, Adult Education, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on mentality, team orientation, and service orientation.
- Independent and organized work style, willingness to take responsibility, and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (fluent spoken, error-free written).
- Minimum of 5 months of internship experience (voluntary and/or mandatory).
- Reside in Berlin or be willing to relocate and embrace a vibrant office culture.
