About the Role

Help shape the future of sustainability by turning complex ESG regulations into smart, actionable solutions and building the next generation of AI-powered sustainability tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, research, and analyze sustainability-related regulations, frameworks, and laws (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy) and translate findings into clear, structured report summaries.
• Interpret technical and regulatory requirements and help convert them into structured, user-friendly questions and workflows for advisory tools.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of our AI-powered advisory platform (GO2+), including reviewing tool logic, testing outputs, and helping refine how the tool applies regulatory knowledge.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis on comparable market offerings to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Review content for linguistic precision, consistency, and clarity, both in the tool's interface and in user-facing outputs.
• Ensure content and workflows remain logically consistent with the tool's overall framework and objectives.
• Support the Advisory team with day-to-day research and documentation tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in sustainability regulation and ESG topics.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory text into clear, digestible summaries.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied to advisory work.
• Excellent written English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as cross-functionally.
