  • Managing B2B marketing budgets and agency relationships, reporting on spend vs. forecast.
  • Measuring marketing effectiveness, demonstrating return on investment, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring void sites and sites impacted by SEP works are creatively dressed, aligned with hoarding and vinyl agreed portfolio plans, by working closely with property management, asset management, and leasing teams.
  • Coordinating workplace, hospitality, and retail trade events, collateral, and membership activity across relevant industry platforms and programmes.
  • Supporting the Marketing Engagement B2B Manager on leasing events and building launches.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of workplace, retail, hospitality leasing and property marketing.
  • Strong understanding of leasing dynamics across retail, hospitality, and office sectors, and how marketing drives occupancy, demand, and income.
  • Good understanding of target customers across hospitality, retail, and workplace sectors.
  • Strong awareness of the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Proven track record delivering B2B leasing marketing campaigns, ideally within London real estate.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across a matrixed organisation and influence colleagues at different levels.
  • Experience managing agencies, marketing budgets, and multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear messages for different audiences and channels.
  • A good understanding of the latest marketing techniques, trends, and market activity, with awareness of the competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use insight and performance data to inform decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent project and event management skills, including experience delivering trade shows, exhibitions, launches, or similar activity.
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to balance pace, quality, and effective decision-making.
  • A collaborative, purpose-led approach, with a commitment to delivering marketing activity that supports long-term value for customers, communities, partners, and the wider nation.
