This role is pivotal in helping the studio secure and deliver ambitious projects by shaping commercial strategies, developing fee proposals and financial forecasts, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring projects are mobilized on strong commercial foundations.

Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in a Commercial Manager (or similar) role
- Previous experience within architecture, design or the wider built environment

- Ability to build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams
