About the Role
This is a future pipeline posting for an ongoing opportunity with Labatt, a leading Canadian brewer with a rich history and a commitment to brewing high-quality beers and creating exciting consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the brewing department to place material purchase orders and ensure timely material arrival for brewery production.
- Attend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risk and priorities.
- Monitor vendor and carrier on-time performance.
- Collaborate with centralized supply planning to ensure consistency in materials and supply plans.
- Play a key role in ordering new ingredients for innovations and special projects, aligning planning and brewing teams on production timing.
- Work closely with procurement to maintain vendor policies and procedures.
- Maintain CWC (Core Working Capital) for brewing materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in supply chain or logistics.
- 2 years of experience in various Logistics/Manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service approach.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, vlookups)
- Computer skills in APS tools
- SAP
- VBA experience (asset)
- Power BI experience (asset)

Salary/Compensations
- Starting Salary Opportunity: $65,600 - $77,900 +
- Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
- Bonus at Target $9,840
- Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees
