About the Role

This is a future pipeline posting for an ongoing opportunity with Labatt, a leading Canadian brewer with a rich history and a commitment to brewing high-quality beers and creating exciting consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the brewing department to place material purchase orders and ensure timely material arrival for brewery production.
• Attend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risk and priorities.
• Monitor vendor and carrier on-time performance.
• Collaborate with centralized supply planning to ensure consistency in materials and supply plans.
• Play a key role in ordering new ingredients for innovations and special projects, aligning planning and brewing teams on production timing.
• Work closely with procurement to maintain vendor policies and procedures.
• Maintain CWC (Core Working Capital) for brewing materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in supply chain or logistics.
• 2 years of experience in various Logistics/Manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service approach.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, vlookups)
• Computer skills in APS tools
• SAP
• VBA experience (asset)
• Power BI experience (asset)

Salary/Compensations

• Starting Salary Opportunity: $65,600 - $77,900 +
• Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
• Bonus at Target $9,840
• Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees
