About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager specializing in commercial construction to join our Project and Development Services team, focusing on delivering strategic solutions, fostering collaboration, developing talent, and driving change through technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage industry-changing projects.
• Work with a team to deliver challenging construction projects.
• Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts.
• Manage project-related documentation.
• Track vendor RFPs.
• Conduct weekly meetings.
• Develop scope and schedule of assigned projects.
• Manage minor renovation projects.
• Assist in managing projects of varying sizes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
• Continually seek opportunities to develop skillset.
• Act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
