About the Role
As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will transform user interaction with web design by understanding user needs and designing the best way for them to engage with the system. You will work closely with the product manager on your team to understand client vision and user needs. You will build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing, and be involved in the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. Your expertise will help advocate for design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, keeping the end-user at the center of your work.
Responsibilities
- Design the best way for users to engage with the system.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with user research and creating intuitive user designs for software or web applications
- Experience with visual design
- Ability to communicate design concepts across different audiences and varying levels within an organization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
