About the Role
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storage. The team ensures the efficient flow of products from vendors to customers, enabling them to receive the products they need to care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights of 20-30 ft regularly.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing for document processing.

- Experience working with technologies like computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
