About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director of Product, Growth & Monetization to define and lead the product strategy for global customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across multiple brands. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy and execution, managing a team of product managers, and shaping the future of our growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Define long-term growth and monetization strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee product roadmaps and delivery to drive measurable business and customer impact.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Develop innovative offerings that deliver customer value while driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Establish a culture of A/B testing, data-driven learning, and rapid iteration.
  • Navigate complex ecosystems, understanding incentives and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with other product teams, marketing, engineering, design, data, finance, and business development.
  • Influence platform capabilities and technical constraints to scale growth and monetization initiatives globally.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing PM teams at scale.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and monetization impact in a subscription, marketplace, or consumer platform business.
  • Deep expertise in customer acquisition, plan tiering, upsell strategies, account management, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals, test hypotheses, and adapt strategies.
  • Technical aptitude to partner closely with engineering and data teams.
  • Experience considering ROI, financial tradeoffs, value creation, and value capture in product decisions.
  • Experience in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading cross-functional alignment at the executive level.
