About the Role
The Behavioral Health Unit Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, directing, and coordinating patient care and procedures within a small 12-bed unit for patients aged 45 and up. The role involves providing emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families, contributing to a supportive and healing treatment environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, direct, and coordinate patient care and procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Current Registered Nurse License in New York State.
