About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Consumer Engagement Product to lead ongoing consumer engagement product efforts including enriched messaging, VoiceAI, and other innovative channel engagement products. This role is a high-level individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product owners in the consumer engagement portfolio to efficiently manage key activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead research initiatives on effective consumer engagement methodologies for the product portfolio
- Identify, monitor, and enhance success metrics across the consumer engagement portfolio, including engagement and opt-out rates
- Manage special projects within the portfolio, such as automating approval processes and developing innovative ways of working
- Influence and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive progress on critical deliverables and raise potential roadblocks
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or 3-5+ years as a product manager at an early/mid stage start-up
- 3-5 years of experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software
- 3-5 years of experience building executive level deliverables (e.g., story lining a presentation) and project plans
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude CoWork and/or OpenAI Codex
- General interest in healthcare, technology, and marketing
