About the Role

Lead and support content localization and adaptation projects across Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. Assist markets in defining the best assets for local activations, ensuring legal compliance and brand consistency. Coordinate between global teams, local markets, and agency partners to drive best practices, efficiency, and consistency in content adaptation. Support campaign development, creative excellence, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset adaptation development from brief to delivery and cost management.
  • Ensure all asset adaptations are consistent with corresponding campaign look and feel and brands’ MBIs.
  • Support the team in coordinating and assessing asset adaptation and development needs from markets.
  • Manage daily interactions with adaptation agency partners and local markets.
  • Oversee adaptation budget.
  • Lead coordination of best practice sharing across major Drive Markets for the brands.
  • Coordinate regular creative reviews between the Global Content Creative team and the team in Stockholm.
  • Act as internal ambassador to showcase adaptation best practices within TAC and Pernod Ricard.
  • Lead creative awards management across the three brands.
  • Gather, maintain, and track market media investment data.
  • Support the CCM EMEA and Asia teams in the development and rollout of global and regional campaigns.
  • Support measurement and reporting of campaign and asset performance.

Requirements

  • A University degree (Bachelor or Master studies), IHM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language.
  • Spanish, Portuguese or French language a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with a track record of successfully leading projects or initiatives in academics, sports, professionally or extracurricular activities.
  • Structured and organised, reliable, attention to detail, hands-on.
  • Relationship building skills in an international and local environment.
  • Self-driven problem solver, creative and proactive.
  • A flexible approach and an agile way of working.
