About the Role

Strategy Analysts are integral to Capital One Canada's growth, combining deep data analytics with strategic decisioning to solve impactful problems. This role offers high ownership, end-to-end project involvement, and opportunities for rotation across the business to explore, learn new skills, and shape career trajectories. Responsibilities

Perform modeling and analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
Develop direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, technology, and concepts for go-to-market strategies.
Support significant improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses through rigorous monitoring and analysis.

Requirements

Graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree between 2024 and 2026 in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight).
Interest in and aptitude for learning coding and data visualization.
Experience in analytical problem-solving.
