About the Role
The Partnership Retreats Coordinator will support the US Partnership Retreats team by assisting with content, marketing, and sales-related research for small-scale events within the finance industry. This role offers broad exposure to event planning and execution, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals interested in events, marketing, or financial services content development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Update event agendas using InDesign and distribute them to relevant teams.
- Organize and track speaker information, including registrations and key details in internal systems.
- Schedule and coordinate all content-related calls, including those for the advisory board and speakers.
- Upload and maintain event content information across platforms, preparing presentation slides and agenda details for the event mobile app.
- Support the creation of briefing documents and post-event summaries.
- Manage regular updates to marketing materials such as brochures, event calendars, and client lists.
- Assist with basic data research and gathering information on target audiences.
- Support marketing campaigns by pulling data and helping set up outreach in marketing systems (e.g., Pardot).
- Support ad hoc projects like speaker tiles for LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update attendee lists across all events.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist with on-site event support, including potential travel to conferences across the US.
- Provide general support to the team across multiple events and projects.
