About the Role
Vialto Partners is seeking a dedicated professional to manage records, statutory compliance, and entity management for over 80 global subsidiaries. This role involves preparing and filing statutory reports, monitoring legal changes, and ensuring policy adherence, while also supporting ESG compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage records, statutory compliance, and entity management software for 80+ global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and file statutory reports, monitor legal changes, and ensure policy adherence.
- Assist with governance, reporting practices, and meeting preparation for the Group Board and regulated entities.
- Coordinate with directors, banks, registries, and other authorities; handle confidential KYC requests.
- Support ESG compliance and annual reporting for the Group, including compliance with UK and Global regulations.
- Assist with directors’ training and intragroup transactions.
Requirements
- 2/3+ years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles.
- Experience working in multinational or regulated environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with corporate secretarial software.
Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A team player capable of working autonomously and leading projects.
