About the Role

Justhome is a Berlin-based fintech founded in 2021 that is rethinking real estate financing with AI tools to minimize administrative effort. This allows advisors to handle more cases, close more deals, and earn more commission within the same working hours. Our network of nearly 200 mortgage broker companies provides qualified leads and property documents directly to you, eliminating cold calling and extensive paperwork.

Responsibilities

Advise prospective buyers who come through our partner brokers, from families financing their first home to investors structuring their third purchase.
Structure cases using our AI tools, prepare bank submissions, and utilize our platform with over 700 bank partners to build optimal financing solutions.
Serve as the central point of contact for our partner brokers, understanding their clients, properties, and specific needs.
Act as a sparring partner for brokers and provide feedback to our tech team, with your ideas influencing product development.
Specialize in specific financing structures, client types, or broker partnerships as your experience grows.

Requirements

Experience in real estate financing.
Completed banking apprenticeship or university degree.
Possession of a license according to §34i GewO.
Proficient use of common real estate financing platforms (e.g., Europace, eHyp).
Desire for an environment where expertise is scaled, not hindered by bureaucracy.
Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and empathy.
Willingness to take on real advisory responsibility quickly.
Ability to acquire the 34i GewO license.
