About the Role
Deepki is seeking an intern to join the UK Consulting team in London for a 6-month period, ideally starting in September or October 2027. The intern will receive a monthly allowance and pension contribution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection of sustainability data on buildings in the client portfolio.
- Support clients in their reporting processes.
- Monitor the sustainability performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Leverage AI tools to find efficiencies and unlock future potential.
- Contribute to developing Deepki's global expertise on sustainability issues.
Requirements
- Understand sustainability issues (e.g., research, regulatory analysis, sector benchmarking).
- Monitor performance using the Deepki platform (e.g., carbon trajectories, non-financial reporting, asset scoring).
- Collect necessary data (e.g., energy consumption, energy performance certificates).
