About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations, and repairs for small appliances.
- Undertake various remodeling projects, including sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, and painting.
- Execute all landscaping functions such as mowing, tree pruning, and planting, and ensure timely removal of snow and ice.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities for evening and weekend coverage as scheduled.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- High School diploma or GED
- Competency in basic areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- One to three years of experience as a technician is preferred
- Knowledge of building maintenance or construction, including painting or patching is preferred
