About the Role
Shape the overall marketing strategy for near-term launch products, spanning prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) and OTC product lines, and build a best-in-class marketing organization to execute that vision. Define brand strategy and create narrative and materials that drive behavior change and prescriptions for PDTs, while leading commercialization and growth marketing for the OTC product line. Oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including long-term brand strategy, market shaping, promotional messaging, tactical planning, and digital marketing/omnichannel engagement. - Own OTC performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV) with continuous, data-driven testing and optimization.
- Execute branded and unbranded campaigns to prime the market for a new treatment modality, leveraging developed segments for each audience.
- Translate Rx-grounded clinical credibility and scientific rigor into consumer-facing creative for the OTC product.
- Oversee the development of all promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, website, etc.), approval process, and dissemination of approved materials.
- Partner closely with performance/growth marketing agencies and media partners on DTC and consumer campaigns for the OTC product, including audience targeting, media planning, and measurement.
