About the Role

As a Summer Analyst in the Investment Banking team, you will spend your summer working alongside top professionals to develop solutions that shape the global economy. You will join a collaborative team where your diverse perspective will help innovate the next wave of products and solutions for clients. The seven-week program includes orientation and training, with top performers potentially receiving a full-time analyst offer.

Responsibilities

Analyze market data, build financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
Participate in client transactions from pitch to close under senior guidance.
Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
Learn how to support client and community growth.
Enhance corporate finance technical skills.
Build a professional network with mentors and senior executives.

Requirements

Fluency in English and native-level Japanese.
Expected graduation between September 2027 and July 2028 (Bachelor's program or higher, studied outside Japan).
Master's degree must be attainable within two academic years of Bachelor's degree receipt.
