About the Role

This senior marketing leader role is responsible for translating brand strategy into high-impact execution across HCP and patient audiences for prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs), and leading commercialization and growth marketing for the OTC product line. The role requires the ability to own execution directly, provide leadership, and integrate campaigns across Rx and OTC channels. Strong AI fluency and hands-on performance marketing expertise are core expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of integrated HCP, patient, and DTC marketing strategies for one or more brands.
  • Translate brand strategy and value propositions into compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee development and execution of branded and unbranded campaigns to shape the market for PDTs.
  • Translate Rx-grounded clinical credibility and scientific rigor into consumer-facing creative for the OTC product.
  • Partner closely with performance/growth marketing partners and agencies on DTC and consumer campaigns, including audience targeting, media planning, and measurement.
  • Guide omnichannel and digital marketing strategies across professional and consumer audiences.
  • Own performance marketing and growth marketing execution for the OTC product (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, CRM/email, and affiliate/marketplace channels).
  • Ensure compliant development, review, approval, and deployment of promotional materials.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for audience segmentation, content generation, performance optimization, and analytics.
  • Own OTC performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV) and drive continuous, data-driven testing and optimization of growth marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific communications and KOL engagement.
  • Support congress strategy, field enablement materials, and training content as needed.
  • Mentor and guide Managers and Senior Managers while remaining hands-on where required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or digital health marketing, including direct experience marketing OTC or consumer health products.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading brand launches.
  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing/growth marketing experience (e.g., paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, CRM/email, affiliate/marketplace), with a track record of driving measurable acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for a consumer or OTC product.
  • Strong understanding of HCP promotion, patient engagement, and OTC/consumer growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to marketing execution.
  • Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to drive strategic insight and operational excellence.
  • A graduate of a 4-year degree with a top-tier university with strong academic track record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and drive projects, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope.
  • Comfortable managing multiple program activities simultaneously.
  • Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
  • Superb writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
