About the Role
This seven-week Summer Analyst program in June/July offers hands-on experience, skills training, and professional networking in the Trading team. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment offers.
Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work.
- Monitor financial markets and stay updated on market trends.
- Develop trade ideas and contribute to investment strategies.
- Learn about solutions and products offered to clients for managing market conditions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in global financial markets.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative (e.g., algebra, statistics, probability) and interpretative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Expected graduation date between September 2027 and July 2028, studying outside of Japan in a Bachelor program or higher.
- If pursuing a Master’s Degree, it must be attained within 2 academic years of receiving a Bachelor’s Degree.
