About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Big Flats, NY location servicing the Twin Tiers region. The ideal candidate will have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work thoroughly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Services all equipment according to established schedules, company standards, and acceptable time frames; troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
• Interacts with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submits daily.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• 3-5+ years of HVAC Experience preferred
