About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. This role is crucial for ensuring common areas and residential units operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, offering a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
• Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.

Requirements

• General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
• Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
