About the Role

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, managing approximately 450 calls weekly. Your role involves guiding patients through various needs, providing reassurance, and offering practical support to ensure a positive and trusted experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to guide patients through their treatment journey.
  • Book appointments, complete required documentation, and resolve patient queries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Update and maintain patient information in the management system, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient experiences and continuity of care.
  • Provide efficient, polite, and empathetic service, maintaining Montu UK’s standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume call centre or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex queries and maintain professionalism.
  • Background in customer service or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in active listening.
  • Comfortable using various software tools.
