About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Welcome patients, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Maintain a professional, secure environment by monitoring access, responding to security-related concerns, and serving as a trusted point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and security-related protocols at a healthcare front desk.
- Greet and direct patients and visitors, verify authorized access as required, and communicate visitor guidelines in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor entry activity, maintain awareness of the reception area, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate support resources.
- Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while supporting a welcoming healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
