About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across diverse industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructuring. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Advise national and international clients in the MedTech, Diagnostics, HealthTech, CDMO, and Healthcare sectors.
Develop innovative solutions for complex strategic issues related to growth, performance improvement, business model innovation, and transformation.
Work on projects encompassing growth strategies, commercial excellence, portfolio optimization, digital transformations, organizational development, and M&A and value creation initiatives.
Support initiatives from the initial idea and strategy development through to successful implementation.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a comparable field with above-average results.
A doctorate and/or MBA are advantageous and underscore a strong academic background.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a leading strategy, management, or transaction consultancy with a focus on Healthcare or MedTech, or in a relevant strategic role within a MedTech, Diagnostics, HealthTech, CDMO, or Healthcare company.
Possess a profound understanding of the MedTech and Healthcare industry and are familiar with leading companies in the sector.
Experience in demanding, customer-oriented environments.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Enjoy achieving sustainable results collaboratively with clients and teams.
