About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Advise national and international clients in the Life Sciences industry on developing Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations strategies, ensuring strategic concepts are successfully translated into practice and implemented.
Lead complex transformation projects across the end-to-end value chain, including Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Production Networks, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics, actively contributing to client and business development.
Develop innovative solutions for challenges in Digital Manufacturing, Digital Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence.
Take responsibility for the planning, management, and execution of client projects, leading interdisciplinary project teams.
Drive the expansion of our market position, identify new business opportunities, and support the development of innovative solutions for future topics such as AI, digital transformation, resilience, and sustainability, actively contributing to company and team development (e.g., supporting recruitment, organizing events and training).

Requirements

Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a comparable field with above-average success.
A PhD and/or an MBA are advantageous and underscore a strong academic background.
As a Manager, possess at least five years of professional experience, or as a Senior Manager, at least seven years of professional experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Transformation Projects, either within the Life Science industry or a reputable management consultancy.
Combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with a solid understanding of operational processes.
Address complex issues pragmatically and solution-oriented.
Communicate complex content effectively to the target audience in English through excellent communication and presentation skills.
