About the Role

GardaWorld Cash Services is the #1 supplier of cash services in North America, offering an exciting career opportunity. We are hiring a Reconciliation Officer for our Cash Services Division in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reporting for all customers, including Deposit Processing, ATM Reconciliation, Cheque Investigations, and Suspense Account Management.
• Perform AML reporting and verification for clients.
• Collect data for monthly CVS Billing.
• Assist the Manager with daily metrics data collection.
• Assist in the investigation of daily outages and take necessary actions, such as pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, and maintaining the daily differences tracker.
• Assist with CVS Claim Investigations.
• Ensure all programs (Compass & Money Manager) are updated with current information.
• Manage Emergency Cash Parcels.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support and forecast cash volumes for clients.

Requirements

• Working/Practical knowledge of Cash Vault Services operations is a key requirement.
• Strong knowledge of computing systems such as Word, Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of the current customer base.
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible.
• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure and tight timelines.
