About the Role
This Senior Analyst opportunity allows you to engage in research and analysis to drive transformation initiatives and key strategic projects across Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM). You will support and eventually own transformation projects, leveraging your analytical skills and strategic mindset to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business problems.
- Frame key issues using first principle thinking.
- Develop initial hypotheses and structure data analysis.
- Draw meaningful insights from data and external research/industry trends.
- Develop actionable recommendations and articulate them through executive presentations.
- Think analytically to break down moderately complex issues into smaller, manageable components.
- Frame hypotheses for subcomponents, identify data analysis required, and source data.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the business, value chain, financial acumen, and customer lifecycle for the strategy being supported.
- Conduct market research and use external data, benchmarks, and industry trends to inform recommendations.
- Articulate output of data analysis and resulting recommendations to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, etc. to share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and recommendations for successful project outcomes.
- Participate in day-to-day operational decision-making and support project management and reporting/monitoring project performance.
- Demonstrate an AI-first mindset by understanding the potential and limitations of AI models and incorporating them effectively into workflows, problem-solving, and transformation delivery.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or similar strategy roles preferred.
- Self-awareness and the ability to use a variety of methods and techniques to achieve goals.
- Ability to identify the 'what' and 'why' while considering diverse perspectives to build support for ideas.
