About the Role

This role supports the delivery of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, including intake, triage, materiality assessment, risk assessment, due diligence, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, incident oversight, remediation, and exit planning for high-tier third parties. The position aims to strengthen governance, operational resilience, and risk management across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct third-party due diligence and risk assessments aligned to tiering and materiality.
  • Manage end-to-end third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, monitoring, incident management, and exit.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate material risks and control gaps.
  • Maintain the Material Third Party register and supporting documentation such as Exit and Business Continuity plans.
  • Support governance forums, audit activity, testing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Business Owners, and Second Line functions to drive effective risk management and oversight.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, data quality enhancements, and framework consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Third Party Risk Management within the financial services sector.
  • Experience developing and embedding TPRM frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of third-party lifecycle management and associated governance requirements.
  • Experience using TPRM systems and tools, including Workday-WSS.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and provide effective challenge.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience within Insurance or the London Market would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of PRA/FCA requirements would be advantageous.
