About the Role
Medcan is seeking a versatile Manager, Go to Market to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines. This role will lead initiatives driving client acquisition, engagement, and loyalty for Annual Health Assessment, Live Well Assessments, and Programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing campaigns and programs to drive client acquisition through various channels including digital, traditional media, CRM, referral programs, and events.
- Plan campaigns by leveraging historical data, insights, customer analysis, and market trends to establish lead forecast targets and measure performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand new product launches, clinical innovations, and enhancements to inform go-to-market plans and client communications.
- Write marketing briefs for agency partners and internal creative & content teams.
- Develop and execute lifecycle management strategies for client engagement, lead nurturing, pre- and post-appointment engagement, cross-selling, up-selling, retention, and loyalty.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Digital teams to enhance client experience, increase digital tool usage, and create timely communications.
- Measure and present performance metrics of GTM campaigns and programs, linking marketing results to business impact.
- Utilize project management tools to develop timelines, track deliverables, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Manage and coach a Campaign Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business (marketing/communications focus preferred) or relevant field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive work experience in marketing communications and/or lifecycle management.
- Minimum 2 years of people-management experience.
- Significant depth of knowledge and proven experience in marketing and multi-channel communications, and measurement.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution across digital ads, display, search, social media, email, and other marketing channels, with an understanding of KPIs.
- Strong business acumen in Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Project Management, and Operations.
- Strategic and proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and drive results with limited direction.
- Collaborative and business-minded problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana (or equivalent).
- Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset but not required.

Salary/Compensations
- $85,122.00 - $117,042.75 CAD annually
