About the Role
As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims, visiting customers, coordinating contractors, and settling claims. You will be a calming presence during difficult times for policyholders and compile comprehensive reports.

Requirements
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for travel by car
- Understanding of how a home insurance policy operates
- Basic understanding of the make-up of a domestic property
- Excellent communication skills for speaking and writing to policyholders, insurers, and contractors
- Ability to explain complex details clearly
- Ability to negotiate fair settlements
- Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously
