About the Role

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join our Inpatient Float Pool. As a global leader in cancer care, research, and education, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing the future of oncology. Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status, in inpatient settings
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and institutional policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Provide patient and family education, support, and care coordination
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
Active New York State RN license
Experience with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented inpatient environment
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple patient care responsibilities

Patient-centered approach with a focus on safety, quality, and service excellence

Work Type

Night Shift 7pm-7:30am
Monday through Friday, weekend and holiday rotation

Salary/Compensations

$113,100.00 - $180,900.00
