About the Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of the in-house Creative Studio across all Storio Group brands, ensuring efficient planning, prioritization, and delivery of creative campaigns and projects. Evolve the Studio into a scalable, AI-enabled, and future-ready operation by implementing smarter workflows, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative campaign planning and delivery across brands and markets, from brief to final assets.
  • Ensure Studio work is prioritized effectively based on campaign plans, business needs, and team capacity.
  • Operationally lead the adoption and evolution of automation, tooling, and AI-enabled ways of working within the Creative Studio to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and use AI-enabled planning and workflow tools to improve visibility of priorities, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and progress across the Studio.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Product Marketing, Channel, and Commercial teams to enable effective collaboration and smooth delivery across projects and campaigns.
  • Partner with agencies, freelancers, and production partners to align timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Drive improvements in Creative Studio operations, workflows, and ways of working across the team and throughout the end-to-end process from briefing to delivery.
  • Track content production budgets and oversee operational spend, ensuring delivery stays within agreed investment levels.
  • Support and mentor the Creative Operations Specialist.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creative operations, production, and/or project management, ideally within fast-paced in-house environments.
  • Strong understanding of creative, content, and campaign workflows.
  • Experience improving operational workflows, tooling, and team processes.
  • Interest in automation, AI-enabled workflows, or scalable content operations.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and keep teams aligned in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and external partners.
  • Combine operational strength with creative sensitivity.
  • Enjoy improving systems, not just running them.
  • Think in scalable solutions, not temporary fixes.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the position's country without requiring sponsorship.
