About the Role

As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business, from strategy and finance to product development, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on day-to-day business challenges.
• Be the key link between the founders and the wider team.
• Take ownership of operational projects from idea to execution.
• Improve processes across operations, logistics, customer experience and product.
• Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.
• Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making.
• Implement Al tools and automation across the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively.
• Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows.
• Jump into whatever is most important that week.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
• Enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
