About the Role

Coordinate and implement office, retail, and community marketing initiatives for assigned properties, focusing on increasing traffic and engagement through promotions, events, and digital content.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of promotions and events to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Oversee signage program, coordinating updates regularly.
  • Maintain websites and social media, tracking engagement metrics and ensuring content accuracy.
  • Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns, including content creation and partnerships.
  • Promote and publicize new amenities and community offerings.
  • Proof composite campaign designs and create marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers, coordinating programs and promotions.
  • Participate in the ideation, planning, and execution of annual office client appreciation events and promotions.
  • Coordinate new office client onboarding materials and welcome events.
  • Coordinate and execute events, promotions, and campaigns with attention to detail, managing vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery.
  • Communicate consistently with customers, retailers, and employees regarding marketing programs.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining positive relations with office clients and retailers through proactive communication.
  • Assist with prospecting potential advertisers and sponsors and support fulfillment of entitlements.
  • Liaise with office clients to support marketing goals around added amenities and activations.
  • Assist in identifying and targeting appropriate community partners for activations.
  • Work with Marketing & Property Management team for budget development and reporting.
  • Provide support for regional marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications, administrative support or property management required with social media and event management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to create timelines, exceed deadlines and juggle many projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Creativity and ability to initiate ideas and develop programs.
  • Flexibility with work schedule as work on nights and weekends is required.
  • Experience in providing direction to external designers, printers, and other vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Involves work of a general office nature usually performed sitting such as operation of a computer.
  • Involves work of a general office nature usually performed standing such as operation of a fax and printer.
  • Involves work such as tours and onsite event execution throughout property portfolio usually performed by standing, walking, and by climbing stairs.
  • Involves movement between departments to facilitate work.
  • Regularly interfaces both verbally and in writing, with tenant contacts, with the leasing, construction, development and financial teams as well as external vendors, construction professionals, consultants, and with the general public.
