About the Role

Join the team at the London EDITION as an engaging and driven Bartender. The Lobby Bar and Punch Room offer unique experiences for guests, transforming from a daytime coffee spot to a buzzing cocktail bar by night.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks, and food menu.
• Prepare orders at the highest quality level.
• Engage with guests, learn regulars' preferences, and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and bar.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams.
• Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure guests have a unique experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and nights.
