About the Role
Seeking a dynamic team member to join our specialty team, performing both back-office clinical responsibilities and front-office administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident.
- Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures and manage lab cases/deliveries.
- Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
- Ensure strict infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to OSHA and safety policies.
- Answer phones promptly and respond to messages.
- Manage schedules, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Enter new patient records and update ledgers using Denticon.
- Perform various office tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Prior dental assisting experience required.
- Experience with digital radiography, CBCT, intraoral scanning (iTero, Trios, etc.), and lab case management.
- Possess any certification/license required by the state to perform specified duties.
- A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
