About the Role

As the operational backbone of our HQ, you'll be the first point of contact that keeps our teams and sites running so the business never stalls. It's a hands-on, high-variety role where you solve the problems of today and build the systems that keep tomorrow's problems from happening in the first place. You'll work directly with the COO, build channels from zero, and measure your success in results rather than activity.

Responsibilities

Resolve ad-hoc operational questions from teams and sites the same day.
Turn recurring operational questions into documented, reusable solutions.
Run the ops hotline and steer the AI chatbot.
Coordinate every incoming ticket with a clear owner and due date.
Set up new B2B customers in systems including HubSpot.
Answer customer questions independently.
Own the operational onboarding of new colleagues end-to-end.
Handle issues around rental sites and assets independently, from first report to fix.
Support expansion efforts.
Spot recurring manual tasks, document them, and automate them using tools like n8n and AI.
Take on shift planning for expansion regions and daily operations via OrbitControl and Shiftbase.
Ensure every site is staffed and every job is assigned.

Requirements

Fluent German (C2) is a must.
Driver's Licence B valid in Germany.
Ability to stay calm and organized when interruptions pile up.
Ability to prioritize confidently under pressure.
Service- and customer-oriented.
Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured way.
Hands-on approach with ownership.
Ability to stay on top of external vendors until the job is done.
