About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Commercial Lead to drive Tide’s Commercial Services growth in the UK. This role is central to Marketing, Product, and Performance, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution. You will own the Go-To-Market strategy, considering all channels and member touchpoints, including in-app journeys and CRM, Acquisition, and OBTM marketing. Strong partnerships with product and marketing teams, excellent organization, and communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary contact for performance and commercial inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and forecasting, partnering with Finance to set, track, and refine financial projections.
- Analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance with BI team support, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product teams to leverage commercial and analytics insights, shaping product positioning, aligning roadmaps, and supporting product launches with GTM strategies.
- Lead Go-To-Markets across channels, collaborating with sales, operations, and CRM marketing teams.
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions and workshops for creative ideas and implementation plans.
- Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends and benchmark for actionable strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, B2B2C, Lead generation, fintech, or adjacent industries, ideally with subscription-based or tiered pricing products.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in driving commercial impact and partnering with finance.
- Ability to set and track clear KPIs across all initiatives to meet revenue goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop hypotheses and actionable plans from data insights.
- Proven track record of successful Go-To-Market delivery with high-impact omni-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple launches and tactical tests in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative collaborator skilled in building cross-team relationships, crafting messaging, and navigating ambiguity.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work backwards from targets, remove blockers, and adapt to shifting priorities.
