About the Role
We are looking for a Waiter(ess) FB Attendant candidate to join our dynamic team. This position is part-time and offers a great team environment, work/life balance, and the opportunity to be involved in buffet service, receptions, and high-end dinners.
Responsibilities
- Catering setup
- Buffet service
- Receptions and served lunches & dinners
- A la carte service
- Preparing coffee and drinks
- Cleaning as required
- Provide prompt, friendly and professional service
- Provide superior customer service
- Serve food to customers at a limited number of tables, following proper etiquette
- Make appropriate food and beverage suggestions
- Answer questions regarding food preparation
- Write food orders and transmit them to the kitchen
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables
- Participate in other food service-related activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar experience is required
- Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to go above and beyond the minimum requirements
