About the Role
Join a family-run Montessori nursery where people matter. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education and excited to help children learn through exploration, independence, and play. We are a down-to-earth, people-first nursery that values and fairly rewards our team.
Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of children under three
- Create engaging, child-led activities inspired by Montessori principles
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and professional practice
- Champion inclusion, diversity and respect within the nursery
Requirements
- Experience working with children under five (essential)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding children
- A willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
