About the Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them and ensuring a positive experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in vehicle maintenance, with no prior experience required, as training and hands-on coaching will be provided to help you advance.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections, including checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
- Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
- Developing skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Completing additional projects and tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
